Opinions Needed
One project at a time we are giving Sammy's room a big boy make-over. Quilt is done, bookcase refinished, curtains made, and accent wall painted. I painted it yesterday actually and now that I have I'm thinking about painting more of the walls blue. So I need opinions. Keep in mind that I am having an artist friend paint dark blue airplanes on the walls, and that the bed and dresser will not be the dark stuff that is in there, but whitewashed like the bookcase, and the rocker will be gone. So should I paint the wall on the right blue as well, or all the walls? Or will the blue planes look okay flying on tan walls? (Don't judge the drapes, I'm still messing with them to lay just right.)

Lookin' good...cute big boy room! I would paint all of the walls blue. I think the dark blue planes would be really cute on the lighter blue walls.

First let me warn you that I am not good at stuff like this. If you could see my living room, you would see I have about 10 or more paint samples up. I like the accent wall. No real reason why. I just really like it. I think the planes are a super cute idea as well. Good luck!
Well I'm not going to be much help in the deciding factor because I think one blue wall is fine and the planes will be cute flying on both! However, if your whiting out the furniture the blue won't be too overwhelming at all either. SeE.... Told you I wouldn't be much help.
I personally like the tan/blue combo...if it were me, i would either paint the opposite wall blue as well and leave it or do that and also paint thick blue vertical stripes on the tan walls! Im sure it will be cute whatever you decide ;0)
I agree with Tenille, I think thick vertical stripes would be really cute. That way there's not too much blue.
Looks really cute. I'd keep just the one wall blue if I were you but either way it will look great.
I like one wall blue, but I think It would be cute to paint the ceiling blue too!
