It has been very very foggy the last week, which for me means it's Christmas! I know most people think of a white Christmas as snow, but growing up in Bakersfield where it snows maybe an inch every 10 years, a white Christmas for me means fog. So I've had the itch to get decorations out since the fog set in last week but I held out till Dec 1. Being a Monday night I thought it was a perfect FHE activity to set up our tree. The tree process was a little different this year as Andi is old/big enough to help. So we let her decorate it (which ended up being 20 balls crammed in a 1 ft square of the tree) and then when she went to bed we re-decorated.
This is how Thad decorated Andi while I was "fluffing" the branches.

I was really surprised by how high she could reach on the tree.

Her "Butidul" Section. (that's beautiful for those who do not speak toddler)

This is how Sammy participated in the activity.

nice tree. I can't believe you have a fake one... I'm not sure I knew that before, but I am quite positive of the mounds of harrassment after cameron and I got married about having a FAKE tree came from you as well as walter and dad. hmm... anyhow. I should have posted pictures of my tree by now, but what can ya do.
Andie's hair is beautiful!! Oh, and your tree looks great too :) I actually left the bringing the tree home part to my roommate-- we were on our way to go study so we didn't take it home when we bought it. So.... she had to do it herself the next day! Terrible, I know, but I was in class/meetings from 9am-9pm yesterday.
Those babies, they never do anything... Andies hair is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo pretty!
I cannot believe how long Andi's hair is!! I personally love the picture of Andi all dressed up in the tree skirt. Very appropriate!!
I love the Andy decorations that is so like Thad. Thanks for inviting us to Sammy's blessing today I love hearing the blessing of a loving father from our Father.
I agree that Sammy is very cute.
