I don't know if anyone has heard about all the rain California has been getting the last few days/week. But it has been great. The snow closed the grapevine for 2 days which meant that Thad couldn't get to work and got to stay in Bakersfield! He did have to go into the office here in town but was done by noon. So it's been a nice couple of days. But yet again, it has taken a natural disaster of sorts to get Thad some time at home. This weekend we blew insulation in our attic and it seems to have made an immediate difference. Our heater hardly kicked on at all yesterday and the house stayed nice and warm. That's about all we've been up to. Exciting, I know.

Happy birthday to Andi!! I always remember how old she is because she and Mikah are exactly 3 months apart! Don't they say the funniest things right now?? So much fun!
